Resumenalyzer will review any email address the resume or account is affiliated with at its own discretion and we do not authorize any form of shared accounts.
CONSENT TO RECEIVE EMAIL
Your access to and your use of the site automatically declares your acceptance to receive email from Resumenalyzer regarding your purchase and order status. LIMITATIONS OF CONTENT
Resumenalyzer only accepts resumes in ‘.doc/.docx’, no other materials of any kind are acceptable in any format whatsoever. We would like to remind the user to be respectful and vigil with their behavior and not in manners or to submit anything that falls in these categories:

INVESTIGATION FROM RESUMENALYZER
Resumenalyzer holds the exclusive right to inspect and examine all suspected and alleged violations of these Terms, along with any of the offenses detected in the submission of resume or email received. In such cases, Resumenalyzer will look up the users in suspicion and may warn them, remove their submitted contents or terminate their accounts without notice. This will result in automated cancellation of any order placed by those suspected users and, if necessary, undertaking of legal actions against the entity involved in the malice.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumenalyzer and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from (a) your breach of these Terms, including any of the foregoing provisions, representations, warranties or conditions; (b) from your placement or transmission of any content onto Resumenalyzer’s servers; (c) from any and all use of your account; and (d) any dispute between you and any other member of the Resumenalyzer site or other third party.
USER CONTENT
Resumenalyzer will use the content of the resume (like profile information, profile entries, career and educational background, responses, career materials) and the user account to analyze the user profile to identify the user and suggest products and services relevant to you. Our usage of your information is governed by the Privacy Policy and these Terms. By submitting your resume:
- You declare to reserve the possession of the content in your resume and your account
- You guarantee that the contents follow and respect the Terms and do not invade any proprietary rights
- You warrant that the contents are not bound to any confidentiality or secrecy from exposure to the Resumenalyzer analysts by any means or forms and Resumenalyzer will not be held accountable for such exposure
Resumenalyzer would like to remind you that by submitting/uploading your resume to the Site using the regular upload method in the shopping cart or any of the service request order forms, you give us the exclusive right to analyze, make changes to your resume according to the service purchased and use your contact information as deemed necessary. Resumenalyzer also reserves the right to refuse to accept your resume at its sole discretion.

RESUMENALYZER DISCLAIMS ALL AND DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY BASED IN AGREEMENT, MISDEMEANOUR (WITH NEGLIGENCE) OR STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED OR LOSS OF PROPERTY (DIRECT, INDIRECT, OUT OF INCIDENCE) CONSEQUENTIAL TO USAGE OR MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE WITH ALL ITS CONTENTS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, AND SOFTWARE COMPONENTS OR ITS AFFILIATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE ORIGIN OF THE LIABILITY CLAIMED AND EVEN IF RESUMENALYZER HAS BEEN PREINFORMED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.
